After a spring full of uncertainty, Tennessee’s economy is continuing its reopening process just as summer is shifting into full swing. And where better to spend your money during this period of recovery than at one of Williamson County’s best local businesses? Here are our recommendations for local spots that popped up only recently.

This delicious pie shop is sure to satisfy every sweet tooth. From the mild and smooth buttermilk Southern Custard to classic flavors like chocolate cream and key lime to the 1-40, which includes pecans, chocolate chips and coconut, you’re guaranteed to find something you love.
Maple Street Biscuit Company
Maple Street Biscuit Company opened its doors to Brentwood residents just last month. Enjoy the restaurant’s modern variety of classic comfort food, including waffles, macaroni salad and, of course, delicious biscuits.
Hoss’s Loaded Burgers
The popular food truck has now opened a brick-and-mortar location right in Nolensville. Residents can choose from four iconic 1/3lb burgers: The Old Timer, Hoss’s classic concoction; The Hoss, featuring cheddar, bacon and hickory smoke BBQ sauce; The Big Kahuna, stuffed with Swiss cheese and topped off with pineapple and teriyaki and The Herman, which includes Muenster, baby arugula and white truffle aioli.
