Residential closings on the rise in Williamson County

The Williamson County Association of Realtors released real estate statistics in the county for the month of September, showing high residential closings but few land and condominium sales.

There were 424 residential closings in September 2014, up from 375 in September 2013. Meanwhile, condo sales came to 31 and land sales came to 27 last month. Compare that to 41 condo closings and 23 land closings in September last year.

Statistics show Franklin had the most single family home closings for that month, while Brentwood had the highest average price at $710,200.
